Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached.
To start a return, email us with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
Not eligible for return
Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear and jewelry, for hygiene reasons.
Before you order
Every product page lists real garment measurements for each size. Measure a piece you already own and compare — it's the surest way to get the fit right the first time. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you buy and we'll tell you honestly which way to go.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
