These terms govern your use of everlinewear.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Everline operates everlinewear.com. You can reach us at hello@everlinewear.com.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, and not to scrape, copy or resell our content.

3. Products, descriptions and imagery

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including publishing real garment measurements for every size. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and measurements can vary by up to half an inch between units of the same size, which is normal in clothing manufacture.

Some imagery on this site shows AI-generated models. We do this so we can show the same piece on more than one body type without the cost of a separate photoshoot for every product. The garments are real and the measurements are real. The people are not, and we will always say so. We never present AI imagery as a real customer, a real review, or a real body.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep stock accurate, but items can sell out between your order and our fulfillment. If that happens we will contact you and refund you in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price or description was published in error.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, and the contract forms when we ship. To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible.

6. Returns

Covered in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, imagery, and the Everline name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.

8. Third parties

We use third parties for payment processing, fulfillment and shipping. Their handling of your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
