Refund policy

We'd rather you keep something because you love it than because sending it back was too much trouble. Here is exactly how it works.

The short version

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached. Return shipping is yours unless we got the order wrong or it arrived damaged, in which case it is ours.

How to start one

Email hello@everlinewear.com with your order number and which item you are returning. We will send you the return address and instructions within one business day. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us, as returns sent without instructions cannot be matched to your order.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we will inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take another 3 to 10 days to show on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

What cannot be returned

• Jewelry, meaning necklaces, bracelets and earrings, for hygiene reasons. This is stated on every jewelry product page as well.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or sent back without tags.
• Anything marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. It is slower for you, and it risks the size you actually want selling out while your original is still in transit. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you would rather have.

If something arrives wrong or damaged

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full including shipping, and we will cover the return. You may not need to send it back at all, and we will tell you if so.

Before you order

Every product page lists real garment measurements for each size, taken flat. Fit causes about half of all clothing returns, and the surest way to avoid one is to measure a piece you already own and wear often, then compare. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us. We would much rather answer a question than process a return.
