The Washed Overshirt
A washed cotton overshirt with two chest pockets — heavy enough to wear as a light jacket, cut long enough to wear open over a tee. The sage is the one we'd pick: a soft, dusty green that sits beside the oat and camel in the rest of the shop rather than fighting it.
Fabric: 100% cotton. No stretch. Garment washed.
Care: Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low.

Fit note: 40.9 inches of chest at M is a true medium — room for a tee underneath, not room for a jumper. If you want to layer it over our Stand Collar Sweatshirt, which is 49.2 inches across at the same label size, you will need to go up two. Over the Jersey Turtleneck it works at your usual size.
This is cotton with no stretch, and it is washed. Both matter. No stretch means the measurements are the measurements — nothing gives. Garment-washed cotton has already done most of its shrinking, but wash it cold anyway; hot water will take another half inch off the length.
One of only two 100% cotton pieces in the men's shop, and the more substantial of the two.
